Title: Ultimate Educator Expo 2007 at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens
Description: This free event offers: break-out sessions on environmental subjects, booths featuring non-profit groups, government agencies and educational vendors, resources to use in the classroom, door prizes worth over $1,000 and complimentary refreshments. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Greater Cincinnati Environmental Educators (GCEE), Leave No Child Inside of Greater Cincinnati and the Environmental Education Council of Ohio (EECO) are co-sponsoring this event.

Title: Project WET and Making Waves Teacher Workshop
Description:
Interested in including science and environmental topics in your K-12 classroom but short on time and resources?  In search of new hands-on, inquiry-based activities that engage your students in learning about their environment?  Then you are invited to join us for an educator workshop to familiarize you with the program and show you ways to incorporate the activities into your indoor or outdoor classroom. Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) is a nationally acclaimed program used by thousands of K-12 educators in every state.  Making Waves is a supplementary curricula compiled by Hamilton Storm Water District and Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District to teach students about local nonpoint source water quality issues.

November 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District in Aurora, Indiana. This meeting will include a tour of the Recyling Facility at 2:00 pm followed by a GCEE Networking meeting.
